Getting Started with KEDI Herbal Products: Dosage, Timing and Common Questions

Living Hope Herbal Health · 12 July 2026 · 2 min read

If you are new to herbal supplements, the labels and choices can feel confusing. This guide walks through the basics so you can start with confidence.

Read the dosage first

Every product carries a recommended dose on its packaging. Start there, and do not exceed it in the hope of faster results — with herbal supplements, consistency matters more than quantity. Popular starter products such as Re-vive and Cordy Active all carry clear directions on the pack.

When should I take them?

As a general rule:

  • Energy and vitality products are usually best earlier in the day.
  • Digestive support products, such as Constilease, are often taken around meal times.
  • Always follow the specific instructions on the product itself, as these can vary.

How long before I notice anything?

Herbal supplements are not instant. Many people give a product at least three to four weeks of consistent daily use before judging how it suits them. Think of it as steady support rather than a quick fix.

Common questions

Can I take more than one product at once? It is best to start with one, get used to it, then introduce a second if you wish. Adding several at once makes it hard to know what is working for you.

Can I take them with my medication? If you take any prescription medicine, are pregnant or nursing, or manage a health condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement. This is the single most important rule.

What if I miss a day? Simply carry on the next day. There is no need to double up.
